Establishing a Connection between AR 3S Pro Cloud Server and AR 3S Pro Cloud Client

Click "Ok" in the pop-up notification to launch the server instance.
In the next step, the display should look like this. The instance takes about 1 - 2 minutes to boot up.

The status of the instance is now set to "Initializing AR 3S Pro Cloud Instance".


Once the instance is booted, the following is displayed in the web portal. Your individual QR code to connect will be displayed below.

The status of the instance is now set to "AR 3S Pro Cloud ready" and the Client application can now be connected to establish a connection.


If the connection attempt was successful, you should be greeted by the welcome panel (if it is enabled).

Terminating a Cloud Instance for AR 3S Pro Cloud

Once you are done with your AR 3S Pro session, you should terminate your cloud instance.

Select in the web portal the menu item "Cloud Instance" in the sidebar. Check if there is currently an active instance and if so, click on the button readin "Shut Down" to terminate the instance. 

Troubleshooting

Starting Instance not possible due to application request denied

At particularly busy times, it may not be possible to launch instances. This often happens between 9am - 5pm (location dependent). If instances cannot be booted due to heavy traffic, you will receive the following notification. 



We kindly ask you to be patient, follow the instruction and if possible, choose another server location.

Starting Instance not possible due to time limit reached

If you have a demo account and your time limit is exceeded, you will receive this message. If you feel that there is an error or you would like to have your minutes increased, please contact your key account manager.
