Updating AR 3S Pro Cloud Client

It is important to us to constantly improve our products in order to provide our users with the best possible working experience. For this reason, we regularly release updated versions of our AR 3S Pro Cloud Client application with new features and fixes. To benefit from these improvements, it is necessary to upgrade to the latest versions. And don't worry  – updating AR 3S Pro Cloud Client is easy.
The AR 3S Pro Cloud Server cannot be updated as the web portal is managed and maintained by Holo-Light.

Updating AR 3S Pro Cloud Client via Microsoft Store

  1. Access the Microsoft Store (for Business)
  2. Tap on the icon in the upper right where you can see all available updates
  3. Select "AR 3S PRO Cloud Client" and then "Update".

Alternative Approach for Updating AR 3S Pro Cloud Client

  1. De-install the current AR 3S Pro Cloud Client version on your HoloLens 2 device
